Material specifications Partitions are available in five materials.



(1) Powder Coated Metal- Powder coated baked enamel with finished thickness of doors and panels at 1 " and pilasters at 1 1/4". All panels, doors and pilasters shall be fabricated with special roll formed crown molding, brazed and ground smoothed at corners. Panels, doors and pilasters shall be insulated with vertical honeycomb filler core cemented under pressure to electrogalvanized bonderized steel sheets not less than 20 gauge for panels and pilasters (18 guage for floor braced abd ceiling hung) and 22 gauge for doors. Compartments shall be finished with hybrid powder(epoxy/polester) applied electrostatically and cured at 375 degrees for 10 minutes drying to a 2h pencil hardness.

(2) Laminate- Compartments shall be constructed of 45 lb. density particleboard core bonded under pressure with plastic-resin adhesives to high pressure, laminate faces and edges .050" (1.27mm) thick conforming to NEMA Std. LD-3-1980. All edges shall be applied prior to faces with top and bottom edges applied first. All pilasters shall be 1 1/4". Pilasters shall be manufactured with steel, easy leveling anchor bars 1" wide x 3/8" thick x width of pilasters, through-bolted and secured into particleboard cores with two 3/8" - 16 x 5" hex head cap screw and exclusive plug lock. All over head braced pilasters shall be 82" in height and the top of the pilasters shall be connected with anti-grip, aluminum headrail. Floor braced are 70 inches high. Doors and panels shall be 1" thick and 58" high.

(3) Solid plastic- Compartments shall be constructed with 1" thick solid HDPE (High Density Polyethylene). HDPE material shall be water resistant and non-absorbent. The self-lubricating surface of HDPE shall be resistant to marking from pen, pencil, and other writing material. All panels and doors shall be fabricated of HDPE homogeneous in color and be 55 inches high with uniformly machined edges. All panels and doors shall be affixed with an aluminum heat sinc strip at the bottom. All pilasters shall be 82 inches in height and the top of the pilasters shall be connected with housetop profile, anti-grip, aluminum extruded headrail.

(4) Phenolic- Compartments shall be constructed of phenolic material. Doors and pilasters shall be 3/4" thick solid phenolic core and decorative surface sheet on both faces. Panels shall be 1/2" thick solid phenolic core and decorative surface sheet on both faces. Doors, panels, pilasters and urinal screens shall be fabricated from phenolic material comprised of multiple layers of melamine resin impregnated kraft paper, and a decorative surface sheet on both faces. All layers shall be fused together under high temperature and pressure. All components shall be water-resistant. Edges shall be machine finished with chamfered edges and black finish. Partitions shall be anchored to the floor with 1/4" x 1" stainless steel mounting bar attached to the bottom of the pilaster. Each mounting bar shall be secured to the floor with 3/8" zinc plated bolts.

(5) Stainless steel- Compartments shall be constructed from tension leveled 22 guage type 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish bonded to sound deadening honeycomb core. Doors, panels and urinal screens shall be 1" thick. Doors and panels are 58" high. Pilasters shall be 1 1/4" thick by 82" high. All stainless steel components shall be assembled with a continous roll-formed interlocking, 22 guage stainless steel crown molding welded and ground smooth at the corners. Hinges, strike and keeper shall be chromium plated Zamac to resist corrosion and through bolted with vandal resistant barrel nuts and shoulder screws.

In order to provide Stainless Steel toilet partitions with the proper care and maintenance, the following instructions must be followed: All four surfaces should be cleaned with a mild liquid soap only. The finish should then be wiped and dried. In areas containing showers, either self-contained or tiled-in units, the partitions in these rooms must receive ventilation from the outside so that excess humidity can escape.

Care & Maintenance of Stainless Steel is very important.

Reports of stainless steel "rusting" are not uncommon. Contrary to people's belief, stainless stell is not a zero-maintenance product, and will corrode and stain if subjected to certain chemicals over prolonged periods of time. In a typical restroom environment, these harmful chemicals can come from many common sources, including:

Under no circumstance should the following agents be used: • Abrasive powders or scouring pads • Water closet cleaners • Ceramic tile cleaners • Solutions containing more than 1% by volume of ammonia • Solutions containing acids or lye • Solutions containing enzymes If the above instructions are adhered to, our product shall provide years of dependable service. Accurate Partitions Corp. shall not accept responsibility for product failure if the above instructions are not followed

WARRANTY All Partitions and Parts warrants to all Partitions & Parts purchasers only units purchased from us to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service upon the following terms and conditions:

1) The Warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at our option, transportation charges prepaid by the purchaser, any All Partitions and Parts units or part thereof which our inspection shall show to have been defective within the limitations of this warranty.

2) The period during which All Partitions and Parts units are warranted is as follows, measured from the date of our invoices: Complete unit, - one (1) year Limited Parts - one (1) year

3) This warranty does not cover installation labor charges and does not apply to any units which have been damaged by accident, abuse, improper installation, improper maintenance, or altered in any way.

4) The replacement or repair of defective All Partitions and Parts units as stated in this warranty shall constitute the sole remedy of the purchaser and the sole liability of All Partitions and Parts under this warranty. All Partitions and Parts shall not under any circumstances be liable for incidental, consequential or indirect damages caused by defects in All Partitions and Parts units or any delay in the repair or replacement thereof.

5) This warranty extends only to purchasers and does not extend to any others, including consumer customers of purchasers.

6) This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
