Toilet partition headrail
Comes in type A or B shapes and varying widths. And available in 5', 6', 8' or 10'lengths. Made of extruded aluminum.

Metal and most laminate use 1-1/4" thick pilasters. Solid plastic tends to use 1" thick pilasters.
