Care & Maintenance of Stainless Steel is very important.

Reports of stainless steel "rusting" are not uncommon. Contrary to people's belief, stainless stell is not a zero-maintenance product, and will corrode and stain if subjected to certain chemicals over prolonged periods of time. In a typical restroom environment, these harmful chemicals can come from many common sources, including:

Under no circumstance should the following agents be used: • Abrasive powders or scouring pads • Water closet cleaners • Ceramic tile cleaners • Solutions containing more than 1% by volume of ammonia • Solutions containing acids or lye • Solutions containing enzymes If the above instructions are adhered to, our product shall provide years of dependable service. Two finishes are available. The most common is the #4 Satin Finish shown in the picture of the stalls. A textured finish as shown next to it is also available.

Stainless steel- Compartments shall be overhead braced with finished thickness of doors and panels at 1" and pilasters 1 1/4". All panels, doors, and pilasters shall be fabricated with special roll formed crown molding, brazed and ground smooth at corners. Panels, doors, and pilasters shall be insulated with verticel honeycomb filler core cemented under pressure to #304 stainless steel sheets not less than 20 guage for panels and pilasters and 22 guage for doors.
